Important Transaction Guidelines

Contact our team to obtain the designated bank account details for your remittance currency.

Step 2

Transfers should be made by the bank account. Bank counter cash deposits and cheques are not accepted.

Step 3

Once funds are transferred, please provide a payment receipt (bank slip or online transfer screenshot) via fax or email, including the sender’s name and contact number.

Step 4

Provide the recipient’s bank account details and account holder information for the currency you wish to remit.

Step 5

Cash withdrawals can be arranged at your nominated Jiacheng Group business office (advance booking required for large amounts).
